IMPACT is designed for people who are passionate about making a difference but need more flexibility. It’s project-based, casual, and community-focused, perfect for busy schedules, young professionals, and families who want to give back on their own terms.

Rotary International Convention

Our club was proud to be part of the Rotary International Convention in Calgary, and what an unforgettable experience it was!

From powerful keynote speakers to inspiring breakout sessions and conversations in every corner, this global gathering was a true celebration of what it means to be a Rotarian. We connected with fellow members from around the world, shared our journey, and learned from others doing meaningful work in their own communities.

There’s nothing quite like being surrounded by thousands of people who believe in service above self. We returned home energized, full of new ideas, and more committed than ever to making a positive difference, right here in our own backyard.

Here’s to continuing the work, together!

Kicking Off Summer at the Brightview BBQ! 

Our annual Brightview School BBQ was held on June 18, and as always, it was a heartwarming way to kick off the summer season!

This beloved tradition is one of our members' favorite events of the year. There's something special about firing up the grill, sharing a few laughs, and serving up hot dogs to a line of excited kids. 

A BIG thank you to Brightview School and to everyone who joined us! We loved seeing so many of you representing our club and bringing your energy and kindness to the day.

Impact Challenge Winner

Disability Edmonton is the Impact Challenge winner. This inspiring nonprofit initiative is dedicated to establishing a central platform for Edmonton's disability community. Their project aims to create a one-stop hub where individuals can access information on events, social groups, programs, and more. By bridging the gap in accessibility and communication, Disability Edmonton empowers the community to stay informed, connected and engaged.

We are incredibly excited to support Disability Edmonton in bringing their vision to life. The Rotary Club of Edmonton Mayfield will provide financial backing, access to professional and community resources, and the expertise of our dedicated project planning team. Together, we will work to ensure that this initiative makes a meaningful and lasting impact on Edmonton's disability community.
