Alumni and Friends Networking Event
Over the next few weeks, Jeanette will be busy planning the Alumni and Friends Networking Event to be held at the Alberta Aviation Museum on Sept 10th. This will be an opportunity to reconnect with past members and to introduce friends to our club. Mark your calendars as this will not be an event that you want to miss! Notice of Special General Meeting
Notice is hereby given for Special General Meetings of Rotary Club of Edmonton Mayfield and Edmonton Mayfield Rotary Charitable Society which will be held on August 16, 2023 at the conclusion of the regular club meeting. The purpose of these meetings is to consider motions to approve revised Bylaws. Copies of these revised bylaws can be seen here, for the club and for the society.
Help Needed
Once again we are seeking two members at large to review the financial reports of the club and society by August 31. All records will be available on-line and the review can be done at your own schedule. If you are able to assist, please contact Maureen.
