One of the decisions that came out of the discussion on Wednesday was the need to evaluate our member engagement and impact. To this end, we will restart the attendance and volunteer activity monitoring. 

 

For regularly scheduled activities, this will be done automatically by the secretary in consultation with the event co-ordinator. However, if you attend Make-up Meetings or Volunteer events at other clubs, this will need to be self-reported. You can do this by logging in to Clubrunner and entering the details yourself or by contacting the club secretary.

You and your guest are invited to a BBQ in support of Team Cross Cancer, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Edmonton Mayfield and captained by our man in motion, Brian Kiely. The BBQ will be held Thursday, August 1^st, starting at 5:30 pm at the home of Elaine and Lorne Wight, #1, 25112 Twp Rd 542A, Sturgeon County. Dinner and soft drinks will be provided. Please bring your own liquor or specialty beverages.
