Celebrating 50 Years of Service
Our club’s 50th anniversary is coming up in 2027, and we’re getting an early start on something special. The 50th Anniversary Committee is collecting stories, milestones, photos, and videos from members to create a commemorative project that captures our club’s rich history and community impact.
We’d love for you to be part of it! Share your memories using thisFormand help us tell the story of who we are and how far we’ve come.
If you have questions or want to chat about a specific project or moment, feel free to reach out to Jim Galpin, our Club Historian.
District Conference Recap
The District Conference on May 24–25 was a great opportunity to reconnect with other clubs, hear from inspiring speakers, and reflect on the important issues that impact our communities. From fresh ideas to shared experiences, there was plenty to take in and bring back to our own club.
Thank you to the members who attended and represented our club.

Self-Care Corner
Seven Pillars of Self-Care
Self-care is about more than just relaxing — it’s a proactive approach to maintaining your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, these are the Seven Pillars of Self-Care:
Knowledge and Health Literacy
Mental Well-Being
Physical Activity
Healthy Eating
Risk Avoidance
Good Hygiene
Rational and Responsible Use of Self-Care Products and Services
These pillars offer a helpful framework for taking better care of ourselves — one step at a time.
If you are working on a project or event or if you want to share your Rotary journey with others, we want to hear about it. And if you attend an event, take pictures or videos and send them to Victoria. We will use these for social media and bulletin posts.
Are you an established professional who wants to make positive changes in your community and the world? Our club members are dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship.
We invite you to join us at an upcoming meeting.
