We appreciate the tremendous support of our community, Rotarians, and their families. Your presence meant the world to us and was a testament to the power of unity. After the gathering, we felt inspired and more motivated than ever to keep working together to make changes in our local community and around the world. Thank you for being a part of this wonderful event and for your ongoing support in our mission to create positive change.
On Oct 4th, Carissa shared insights on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). At Rotary, DEI is a core value, not just a checkbox. We're committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that aligns with our vision of uniting people to create lasting change.

Next Meeting
At our next meeting on October 18th, we will host Craig Hughson from Brightview.
Strategic Planning Session
We have been working hard in preparation for our Strategic Planning Session which will take place on October 25th starting at 7 PM sharp. Please plan to log in early as we have an ambitious agenda. Use our Personal Meeting ID 780 222 3440 and PW Mayfield to log in.
Our goal is to finish by 8:30 PM but we ask you to block off until 9 PM as we expect to have some engaging discussions which may need a bit more time.
Before the session, please take the time to complete this 1 minute survey. The survey will close on October 22nd, and we would like all input.
Also, in preparation for the discussion, please consider the following questions:
1. If you were a Superhero, who would you be?
2. Thinking about the last twelve months, and the Club, what are you most proud of?
3. Again, thinking about the last twelve months, and the Club, what has frustrated you the most?

Protecting our mental health is easier than you might think. We can all do it every day, and with simple activities that help us feel OK, we’re better able to cope with life. One effective strategy is opening up to someone you trust for support. Many of us tend to suppress our emotions, but sharing our feelings and struggles with someone else, though it may require courage, can greatly help. Check other tips
here.
